Scheduled sampling

Possibility to use more cell counting types on the last screen of the scheduled sampling (normal cells, cell oversampling, get all):

The default time to start is the current time for a new scheduled sample:

The sample created in scheduled sampling can be edited before it starts and it can also be cloned (duplicated).
You can set the time when to run query in system settings. When the sample is ready it will move to normal samples list. The sample that has been run cannot be edited only cloned!

Features

Tracking survey history by "Questionnaire status counters" (system features for each survey status; filled by the system automatically).

Counters allow you to monitor the person’s reaction:

It is a predefined system feature. The information is collected automatically and is stored in points - higher number indicates that the person does not respond at all.

Scheduled sampling

You can define a complete sample and assign a date and time when the sample should be run “Start” - scheduled samples.

Press "Sample Management" in the main screen or press "Samples" in the left menu. The sample management screen will open click on the "Scheduled samples" tab and click button "New" the following screen will open and you can define the start time in the first screen:

You can also define times in system settings. Press "System settings" in the main screen or press "Settings" in the left menu. The system settings screen will open click on the "Scheduled sampling" tab. The following screen will open:



To define a new date click button "New" the following pop up will open:



Define date, start and end time when samples should be run and press ok

Possibility to show the feature_id in the feature tree of member data editing.

New check box in the last screen "Edit Member Data":

Default button to give names to presets.

When you create / specify requirement(s) for sample base selection of entities which should be the members of the new sample you can save this selection for later use. Add requirements and press button "Save" in preset table (available in every screen where preset table present):



The following pop up will appear:



Press button " Default " and the name given to the sample in the first screen of "Wizard for creating a new sample" will be assigned to this sample automatically. In case you will need the same selection you can Load/Append it.

Feature tree show the persons' features by default (not all).

When you open "Feature management" the following screen will be shown as default:

You can append the contents of a sample selection or cell preset to the current condition by pressing Ctrl + Load (Append)

Select a previously saved sample selection from the drop down menu and press Ctrl key on your keyboard and hover over the 'Load' button it will change to 'Append', see image:

  Using "Other" cell conditions is an option now (a new checkbox on the cell condition panel).

The default is not to use "Other" cell conditions. It makes the cell creation easier and faster. Check the box 'Auto append "Other" cell condition' (see image) the system will automatically append other=our example who are not male of female - did not fill in their gender:

It's possible to follow (progress bar) and cancel the cell creation during sampling.

When you define normal sample after you have define requirements and cell condition the system is creating cells during this process the following progress bar will be shown there is a new button "Cancel " in case you need to redefine conditions or requirements:

While entering enum values, you can copy and paste lists from the clipboard (text editor) into the enum value list.

Create a list of values in your text editor and copy this list using shortcut (Ctrl + V) then use the paste button in the " New enumeration type " screen:

There's a working Cancel button on the import progress dialog.

In case you wish to cancel the import process for any reason press the button "Cancel ":

Using all kind of targets (global, samples, dynamic) in exporting data.

You can select the appropriate target from the drop down menu:

New QuickReport entry types

Normal table, two feature table, multi target table, one feature chart, two features chart, multi target chart, open HTML, title, subtitle, DK link, QL link.

Content management includes: column feature, column order, width, alignment, hidden column, etc.

Filtering of lists by instant, column based filters.

When you create/define a quick list entries you will be able to filter by these features in a " View QuickList " screen " Instant filter by ":

You can choose from a drop down menu which dynamic filter to use and the screen will be automatically refreshed and you will see filtered information by a selected dynamic filter:

Button hints on every button in the system (helping the user).

When you hover over any button in Dub Knowledge you will get following texts that were designed to assist you:

Edit button on the Feature constraint page.

Select "Constraint" tab select the condition you want to edit and press button "Edit "if there is no condition selected or present the button is not active:
