CATI

Route to appointment screen from the questionnaire.

This is a new routing option that has been implemented into DubQuest and that allows you to route to appointment screen after any type of question.
Note that this routing option is available only for CATI projects. This means that if you don't select this option in your project settings you won't see this option and it won't be available. Create a CATI project:



Then go to your design screen and create your questionnaire. In case you need to make an appointment for any reason after any type of question go to 'Routing tab' and in the drop down menu select option <Appoint>:



This will route your interviewers directly to standard appointment screen after this question.

ManageFrames

Correct interview also in WAPI.

This option from left main menu allows you to correct WAPI projects and not only CATI. Select the option 'Correct Interview' the following screen will open - the screen is identical to the old one the only change that has been applied is that WAPI projects are also available in a drop down menu:

Select WAPI project from the drop down menu, pick a date (use calendar pick) and press button 'ok' you do not need to select interviewer because it is a WAPI project. The interviews from that day will be show. Click on the respondent number and the saved interview will pop up and you will be able to edit the answers.
Important: Be very carefull with this option. When changing an interview go through the whole interview untill the end (the browser will close) or click on the 'Cancel' button. Never close the browser your self!

Other

Timezones/Timegroup overview has been implemented into ManageFrame. The user can see the status of zones/groups. The Call management screen can now be filtered on timezones.

A new menu item has been added to the left menu of Manage Frames 'Time groups/zones'. Select this option and the following screen will pop up:



Select a project for which you wish to view the timezones/groups overview :



You can view which timezones are defined, what is the local time of the time zone, how many records are available and if you are able to call these records. There is also an extra option present that allows you to recalculate the times - refresh the times. When you hover over the time group with your mouse you will see the settings of this time group. Please be aware that the times you see in the time group is the local time for the respondent.
