Important

Add ManageFrames user.

From this moment if you need to add a user of your ManageFrame you should use Dub Planner. This option has replaced the old procedure from ManageFrames available to System Administrators. You need to have sufficient rights to add someone to ManageFrames. In case you do select a button 'Add' from the top navigation menu and choose the option 'User MF':

You will get a list of existing users of your ManageFrames:



Below the list is a link 'Add' that allows you to add a new user:



This screen is very similar to the one that has been used in Manageframes 'Usermanagement'. You should define:

After you define and fill all necessary fields press button 'Save' to create the user. This will be added to your list of MF Users.

You can also modify or delete the user see column 'Action'.

It is also possible to export this list to CSV, Excel, XML or PDF.

Add DubPlanner user.

It is also possible to create a new Dub Planner user in few simple steps. First of all you need sufficient rights to access this feature. In case you do select a button 'Add' from the top navigation menu and choose the option 'User DP':

You will reach the following screen:



As you see you need to select a person who will than become a new user of Dub Planner. This means that in order to add a new dub planner user you need to add first person to your Dub Planner (in case he/she is not already added). Use option add 'Int.simple' and select employee in relation type. After you have done this return to the add Dub Planner User screen and type his/her name, the system will automatically search for this person:



If the result of your search has more persons, select the one who should become a new user of Dup Planner:



Enter his/her Login name and Password and press button 'Save'

Note that you can also edit/change password of an existing user. Select the person in the same way and the system will automatically offer you this option.

General

New Preferences design and new options added.

The whole structure of option 'Preferences' has been updated to a tree structure:

You can find many already existing options such as Active Survey, Find Survey, Find Person, etc. The actual functionality of these preferences has not changed what has change is mainly the tree design. Above the headline 'Preferences' you can open all levels, get the full tree view, press 'open all' and to close them use the other option 'close all'. In order to edit for example a number of weeks displayed in 'Active survey' click on the plus sign the subdirectories will open than click on 'Number of weeks' the pop up will opens:



After editing the number press button 'Save' to confirm and save the changes. If you wish to cancel do not make any changes and press the button 'Save' as well.

Besides the old options there are some new preferences added to this structure :

New menu option Manage Hours type

It is a new option that allows you to 'Manage Hours type'. In order to access this option you need to have sufficient rights - System Administrator. If you do have these rights after selecting option 'HourType Man.' you will reach the following screen:



You will get a complete overview of all hour types within your system on the top of the page you can read how many you have in total in our example it is 37. The number of types to be displayed per page is set as default to 20.
Further you see:

To add a new hour typ to your list use the link on the bottom of the list called 'Add New HourType Page':



Fill in : After you have defined all above mentioned fields press button 'Add' to finish and add a new hour type to your existing list.

New menu option Manage Shift type

This is another new option that has been added to the menu and that allows you to Manage shifts and breaks times. Again only users with sufficient rights are able to access and change/edit the default shifts and its length and breaks time (TimeReg settings). If you do have these rights after selecting option 'ShiftType Man.' you will reach the following screen:



You can define:

Default ShiftTypes for a day. What you see is a default shifts defined by Nebu in order to edit this select the link under the table called 'Redefine default ShiftTypes Pages' and you will reach the following screen:



In order to change the defualt shift you have to define a new 'ShiftType system'. You see the 'Current ShiftType System' on the top of your screen.
In the middel of the scren you find : 'Data of the new ShiftType' here you should define your new shifts what you need to enter is:

After filling all necessary information, the first column of information is mandatory and you need to fill them in order to add the shift to your list, press button 'Add'. The other button 'Init' is some kind of reset button for this form. You will see that the shift has been added to your list 'New ShiftType System':

Enter new data for each shift, note that you can 'Modify last row' or 'Delete last row' if you need to. After you have defined your new 'ShiftType System' press button 'Save' to save the changes and you will return to the main screen of 'ShiftType Management':



You can also modify the existing shifts see the last column 'Modify':



After editing press button 'Modify' to save your changes and return to the 'ShiftType Management'.

You can also modify shifts for each day in the week, 'Modify a Shift on a day of week'. By default they are set to the standard ShiftType that is on the main screen of 'ShiftType Management'. But you can redefine them. Select a day from the table for example 'Monday':



As you see the shifts are identical as mentioned. You can or use option 'Modify' that is present in the last column of the table or redefine the shifts completely for example create more shifts for this day than press button 'Redefine'. You will reach the above described screen that we used to redefine default ShiftType system:



Note that the headline says 'Redefine Monday [TestCenter1]' to not create a confusion.

The last option that is present in this 'ShiftType Management' allows you to define shifts for a particular day. Select the day from the 'Calendar picker' and press the button in our example 'TestCenter 1'( this will be name of your call center and in case you have more rooms you will be able to create different shifts for each center). You will reach the screen with default shifts for the selected day:



You can again use the option 'Modify' to make a minor changes in times or use the option 'Redefine' to make major changes one shift is canceled for example.

Interviewers

Away period.

A new option has been added to the 'Interviewer main screen':



This option allow you to report sick or sudden holiday of interviewers from date till date in one simple screen; the planned shift will be automatically blocked:



On the top of the screen you can filter on 'Away period' of selected interviewer by selecting dates from and till and also by reason after this press button 'Refresh'.

To report sick or other reason for a free day (you can edit reasons see 'Manage reason types') select the right option from a drop down. Enter 'Remark' if needed and select the period from and till. Press button 'Report' to finish and record this entry. Pressing button 'Reset' will clear the form. This entry will appear in the table below the filter:

You can edit and define your own reasons click on the link Manage Reason types:



You can modify existing reasons (note that you cannot delete the predefined reasons), click on the icon in the 'Modify' column of the reson you wish to modify:



To add a new reason use the form in the right side of the screen 'Add new reason'. Enter reason type and its description, this will appear on the list:



You can modify and also delete this new reason from the list.

Administration and contract

New option has been added to 'Interviewer main screen' called 'Administration and contract'.



It allows you to store more info about interviewers such as bank account number, social security number, etc. :



This allows you to manage your administration and planning from one central point.

Copy availability.

Possibility to copy available shifts to other weeks:



You have two options:

Overview - Interviewer list

A new option has been added to the menu under 'Maintenance' called 'Interviewer list':



Pressing this option you will reach an overview that shows all interviewers and possibility to export this list to Excel, CSV and XML

Roll print

This feature has been updated and got completely new look:



You can still select 'Shift' and 'Date'. Further a new option has been added you can choose to print this 'Roll print' per 'SurveyID' or 'Interviewer last name'.
