New Features
In Show planning screen switch to other interviewer. A new button was added see image:

Time registration is a new feature of Dub planner ©. Clicking Time registrations from the left menu will open a submenu that allows you to view:
- Month overview - overview of how many hours have been spent. This overview is based on time declarations which are approved in Dub Interviewer©. Here you can only see the overview the actual process of approving is done in Dub Interviewer©
- Declaration overview - allows you to filter and view declarations already approved in Dub Interviewer©

Add workstation.
Is a new feature of Dub Planner. You can manage your workstations (also known as terminal code) in Dub Planner from this moment. This feature has replaced ‘add and manage workstation’ from 'ManageFrames'.
Clicking Maintenance from the left menu will open a submenu select 'Workstations' following screen will be shown:

It has a tree structure so you can see and manage all your workstation easily. The first folder is called 'AutomaticInsert' and this folder contains workstations that were automatically created from your old terminal codes. This means that if you have used terminal codes this will be automatically replaced by workstation which can be found in the 'AutomaticInsert' folder.
You can create a single workstation but also a workstation group in one single screen.
Add a workstations group - G Workstation
Click 'Add G-Workstation’ in order to create a new workstation group. The following form will be shown :

Define following fields (the fields with * asterisk can be left blank in this case they will inherit a value from parent):
- GroupName - enter name of the group workstation, such as name of the project.
- Select where the new workstation group should be created Subgroup of. If you are using this system for the first time you will have only one subgroup 'AutomaticInsert'. Select 'System' and the new workstation group will be created in the same level as 'AutomaticInserts'.
Note: You can change the level anytime by clicking on the folder or workstation and changing this field 'Subgroup of'.
- Description - enter a short description.
- Select a GroupType you can choose from several options (it has only informative use):

- Select DubType - currently only available for 'Dub InterViewer'
- MachineType - which system will be the group workstation using you can choose from following:

- Select Browser - which browser will be the group workstation using:

- WSLoginPassword - password to access the group.
- VNC Connect - leave it empty, this is not applicable for group.
- DialerUsed - select which dialer will this group use - options depends on your preferences and dialers used.
- MaxDialerMode - who will decide when to call 'Dialer' or 'User' or 'No dialer'.
- DailNaildUp - continue connection select 'yes or no'.
- DialerUser- empty for group.
- DialerPassword - empty for group.
- RingTimeout - how many times the dialer should try to connect before disconnecting.
- Show recording status
- Allow manual recording
- Default language - for the whole group.
- Country code - without zero!!
- Access From date and Till date - define the period in which the group will be active and have access to your system in case of external projects.
Press 'Save' to finish and crate the group workstation or press 'Discard Changes' to cancel.
The next step is to create the actual workstations - add workstation(s) to the group.
Add workstation
Click on the 'Add Workstation' in order to create workstation(s) the following form will open:

Define following fields (the fields with * asterisk can be left blank in this case they will inherit a value from parent):
- Amount - enter a number - how many workstation you want to create.
- Machine ID - define the start value and from this the system will create a unique ID for each workstation. Use to following pattern #10# the number is equal to the amount.
- WorkStation Group - select a group into whish the new workstation should belong. The group name will also become a part of the machine ID.
- Select DubType - currently only available for 'Dub InterViewer'.
- Select Browser - which browser will be the group workstation using:

- Description - short description no further function only informative.
- WSLoginPassword - password to access the workstation - in case of multiple workstation enter for example pw#9# the system will create a unique password for each workstation starting with value 9
- VNC Connect - define connection for example wxp-nebu#1#. This allows you to access the machine and control interviewers.
- Phone number - of the workstation use a pattern #phonenumber#.
- Extension
- DialerUsed - select which dialer will the workstation use - options depends on your preferences and dialers used. You can leave it empty if you have define the dialer in the group.
- MaxDialerMode - who will decide when to call 'Dialer' or 'User' or 'No dialer'.
- DailNaildUp - continue connection select 'yes or no'.
- DialerUser - define user use #value# to generates names automatically.
- DialerPassword - define password use #value# to generate passwords automatically.
- RingTimeout - how many times the dialer should try to connect before disconnecting.

- Default language - for the whole group, you can leave it empty and then each workstation will inherit the language that was defined for a group. You can also change this preference later on for each workstation individually.

The next step is to define the actual workstations.
Define actual workstations
Type the following into your address bar: 'http://servername/scripts/dubinterviewer.dll/WorkStation'. The following screen will open:

Enter the code (Machine ID) of the new workstation, enter password and press button 'Ok':

You have successfully defined a workstation (Terminal) and interviewers can now log in with their code/username and password.
