Dub QuestionMaker:
	For WAPI questionnaires it is possible to match the lay out of the login page to the lay out of the questionnaire. When you are creating a new project and you select an existing template from the library (that contains the templates, style sheet and images etc.), a matching login page will automatically be copied into the newly created project. If you create the template yourself, you should store the adjusted login page in the same directory as the template. When the name of the template is "<name template>.htm", the login page should be named "<name template> login.htm".
	If you are sending emails out from Dub QuestionMaker (Messages Form or Email Scheduler in Sample management) and you have indicated that the Questionnaire URL should be encrypted, the use of empty passwords is working properly again.
	The condition 'not equal to' works properly again when referring to an answer item of a single response that is open.
	It is now possible to not save the answers to (a part of) a questionnaire: On the End form a new Interview Result option is added: 'Ignore (do not save)'.
	When creating a text variable with an expression, you need to specify a length. When you use this text variable in an expression again at a later stage, it will automatically memorize its length.
	If you want an expression to randomly select one of the following numbers: 19, 22 or 25, the parameter '19, 22, 25' works properly again.
	A new wizard has been added to Sample management to de-duplicate records (Dutch: ontdubbelen).
	When records in Sample management records are finished (Status code 4 or higher) they will not be blocked anymore.
