Sample Management
Sub Panel.
It is a new option that has been added to Dub Knowledge. It allows you to create panels that are separated. A good example would be you have two different companies and both can be used only for the company purpose. This allows you to store this information the log in interface is different for each panel. But it is also possible that a person can be member of different panels in this case this information will be stored in a System feature.
You can add/edit/delete sub-panels, sp interface for DIV to reach sub-panel related data, handling sub-panel based system features, common/exclusive sampling, registering sub-panel in sample membership and survey participation.

In order to create a sub panel press 'New':

Enter:
- Name of a new sub panel
- Description - if you wish
- Exclusive - check this box if you want this panel to be exclusive used only for one company for example. This option will make sure that members of this group won't be available for other samples
- Priority - you can give a priority to this panel in form of points scale 1 - 10
- Sub Panel type - choose from two types available external and internal - in our example it would be internal
You can also edit versions details, press button 'Version':

You can set as default:
- Language for this panel
- Country of origin - useful for international companies
- Community name - like name of company for example
- Website - of the client
- Sender name, email - these information will be used for WAPI projects when the person received an email with information from how is this survey
- Survey template - here you can define the interface that should be used for this panel
After you have defined all necessary details of the new sub panel press button 'ok':

You can use this panel while sampling:

There are three options available at this moment (our DK has only one sub panel, each sub panel will be added to this list), the other two options:
Non sub-panel used for sampling - means that only member of no sub panel will be used if this option is selected
Members of any non-exclusive sub-panel - means that members of any panel that is not exclusive (only for one company) will be used
If you select option 'Nebu' only members from this panel will be used for this sample

Universal date filtering - Date filter
Handling intervals, past/future (samples, scheduled samples), separate filters for different tables.

Press this button to define this filter:

The filter has in total three tabs in this tab 'Relative date' you can define 'From' amount of days for example 2 and than choose from drop down menu
- days earlier
- the current day - for this day you cannot enter an amount of days - this window will disappear. This option allows you to define Till which date, check the box 'To' and the box with amount of days will appear.
- days later
In the next tab 'Options':

You can select 'all', means all options that are shown or select one of them from the list.
And the last tab 'Absolute date'

Allows you to define dates 'From' and To'.

Set Operation - Exclude members using questionnaire features.
Is a new option added to Sample creation wizard. It allows you to exclude members using questionnaire features (tab separated page in the existing sample membership exclusion dialog).

You should define
- Feature - use 'Browse' or 'Find' button
- Choose operator from a drop down you have several option available, such as 'Feature value is in, is not in; Value starts with, etc
- Define Value - type in and press the button 'Add' to add this to the list of Values
Important you can define more values but only for one feature.

QuickList
Running the QuickList selector in applet
Possibility to use all operators in instant filters, possibility to specify more instant filter expressions:

This new quick list filter has four different tabs :
- General - here you can filter on general info such as entity, target mode, Quick List and target.
- Instant filter - this allows you to create an additional filter on feature or combination of features you can 'Add' more conditions.
- Dynamic filter - here you can add your predefined dynamic filters more than one is possible.
- Predefined Quicklists - in this tab you can save your selection for later use and than simply load it.
Note that you can hide the whole applet above use the button 'Hide'.

Separated QuickList (separate login, possible public access)
It is possible to define access rights for each quick list a new tab has been added to 'Creating a new quick list' wizard:

Here you can define which group is allowed to view, modify, use, delete and administrate
