Computer Telephony Integration

In this field we have two main partners who provide sophisticated CTI systems. Both partners can provide systems to handle all sorts of incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, faxes, and Internet messages: Sytel and Pro-TS. Sytel is a supplier of world-class predictive software for outbound call centers since 1997.

Reporting and Analysis

Nebu specializes in data collection, therefore we integrate directly into specialist analysis packages such as SPSS, SAS, Diana, Merlin and Quantum. Our management software provides basic reporting for project managers. For more extensive and sophisticated reporting, you may contact our reporting partner Intellex. Intellex has a direct reporting link from Nebu. With this tool you can provide pre-format reports, including dynamically updated charts and tables, to your clients. You can even permit clients to carry out their own analysis!

Hosting Services

Nebu offers hosted service to all its clients, thus removing the need for Research agencies to employ specialist technicians to carry out this work.  Hosting is provided by NXS in the Netherlands.
