In this field we have a dedicated partner who provides a sophisticated CTI system: Sytel. Our partner can provide systems to handle all sorts of incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, faxes, and Internet messages. Sytel offer a fully compliant dialler for ALL calling modes.

Reporting and Analysis

Nebu specializes in data collection, and can export to analysis packages such as SPSS, SAS, Diana, Merlin and Quantum. Our management software provides basic reporting for project managers.
However, for more extensive and sophisticated reporting, you may contact our reporting partner Intellex. Intellex has a direct reporting link from Nebu, that can provide your clients pre-formatted reports, including dynamically updated charts and tables, a dashboard of indicators, or downloadable MSOffice content. You can even permit clients to carry out their own analysis!
