Meet the team

This time, let us introduce Monika Szarkane Gero who is our Manager Customer Care.

Monika joined Nebu in 2008 as the first Customer Care professional in the Hungarian office. As the team started to grow, in 2011 she was promoted to be the Team Leader in Hungary. Since January 2016 she is our Manager Customer Care. Her main role is to ensure that the team can continuously help clients the best and quickest way possible.

In her free time, she likes reading and hiking in the mountains. Her credo is: 'Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but to learn to dance in the rain.'
