Learn more about the workflow in Nebu Panel Manager

The workflow

Working a panel starts with converting a respondent into a panel member via various recruitment methods. Members can be a part of a single or several panels. In its structure, a panel is consisting of attributes, that you populate with internal system surveys. From here, you can run fast feasibility checks to see if you can successfully conduct a project. The mere research process happens outside of Nebu Panel Manager, using research surveys created with your own  (or Nebu's) day collection tool. From there, respondents are being re-routed back to the panel, can see the points they have earned by completing a questionnaire, redeem them into rewards. At any point, your members have access to a ticketing system, so you can support them, resolving issues, and answering questions.
