Nebu nominated at the Dutch Crowdfunding Awards 2016
On April 25, 2016 Nebu has been nominated for the Rabobank Pioneer Award at the Dutch Crowdfunding Awards 2016.
Last year Nebu had run a successful crowdfunding campaign via Symbid, The Crowdfunding Network. It is unique to see an established business like Nebu open itself up to investment from the crowd. Nebu's objective is to accelerate its growth.
"Nebu has made some significant progress last year and has embarked on a crowdfunding round to further accelerate our growth", explains Eric van Velzen, CEO at Nebu. "I was extremely happy when I realized that we succeeded our campaign weeks before the end of it, so we went for an overfunding. And now we have been nominated for the Rabobank Pioneer Award", he adds.
The decision about the winner will be concluded by a jury consisting of: Philip Bueters (Editor of Sprout), Maarten Rosenberg (Managing Director Business Banking at Rabobank Amsterdam) and Henk Markerink (CEO of Amsterdam ArenA).
